Insight Miner is committed to your company's success. Unless otherwise stated, our service engagements are billed hourly at $350 per hour (+T&E).
Data Science Capabilities and Opportunities Assessment
- Duration: 2 hour interviews (1+ interviews), Delivery 1 week after last interview.
- Price: $1,000 + $200 per interview
Through interviewing leaders and subject matter experts, Insight Miner will assess your organization's information capabilities, tools, systems and processes. Insight Miner will deliver three reports:
- Data Science Capabilities Report. Where your competencies are strongest and weakest. How your company stacks up to others in your industry and the state of the art.
- Data Science Opportunities Report. A list of actionable opportunities for your organization, ranked by ROI. High level feasibility, cost, and time estimates. Insight Miner may offer to tackle these items or assist in implementation. High level example: Your business could benefit from a better model-driven retention process that identifies and saves customers at risk for churn.
- Data Science Landscape Report. Know what open source community offerings are most relevant to your business. Known alternative data sources or tools in the marketplace that may help.
Model Build and Maintenance
- Duration: 1 day for assessment, 1 week for model build, 1 week for implementation. Ongoing (generally quarterly) model refreshes
- Price: ~$3,500 initial build and deploy, then $350 quarterly
This service is a designed to rapidly improve an existing business process with machine learning. Predictive models can enhance almost every business process (e.g. customer retention, customer targeting, inventory forecasting, fraud, work optimization, etc.). The initial assessment will help validate the use case. After the model build we can forecast ROI. Your organization will be "along for the ride" and have all of the details of the model build process and own all of the resulting model artifacts (built on open source codebases). Additional time will be required if independent model validation or MRM documentation is necessary.
Business Metrics Workshop
- Duration: Two 4-hour Sessions, 1 week apart
- Price: $1,000
Every data-driven business will have key performance indicators (KPIs) that they use to monitor the health of their business and track strategic initiatives. This workshop, held over two sessions, will dig into your existing data and metrics (if applicable), discuss your organization's business priorities, and assess metric validity and alignment. We will use Insight Miner to dig deep into the KPIs and engineer or re-engineer metrics as needed. Learn how to decompose metrics to perform root cause analysis when metrics change. We will help your organization establish a dashboard in Insight Miner which can be used going forward.
